Help with Anxiety
and Stress
We have
all had times in our lives when worries, fears and anxieties have engulfed
us. These are normal reactions to hard times and are only damaging when
they are exaggerated or experienced out of context. This is known as
"the fight or flight" response. When we are faced with an
approaching danger our body releases a hormone (adrenaline) and it either
prepares us to flee or take the danger on. We can experience racing
heartbeat, tense muscles and stomach aches. We may feel very fearful
or irritable. Or thoughts may race so we can't keep track of them.
The problem
becomes when our body and mind do this for any prolonged period of time
we may develop health problems as a result or over-consumed by worry.
We may develop panic attacks which paralyze us.

Emotional
Freedom Technique is a very powerful tool to manage both depression
and anxiety. In moving stuck energy as you tap, your body and mind experience
a sense of freedom that distances you from your problems. The affirmations
that you use while you tap are also extremely helpful.
Hypnotherapy
is also a powerful tool to manage strong emotions. By bypassing the
critical factor of the conscious mind, allowing communication with the
subconscious mind. This allows you to welcome a deep and peaceful state.
